For owner Mireya V., the joy of 'carne asadas'—our lively family BBQs—has always been about bringing people together. This passion ignited a desire: to create a welcoming environment where everyone could experience that same sense of community and culinary delight.

In 2008, that vision began to take shape with the opportunity to purchase a restaurant in South Natomas, Sacramento. With unwavering support from family, friends, partners, and our dedicated cooks, we worked day and night to perfect Mezcal Grill. We crafted a menu blending cherished family recipes with exciting new creations, eagerly anticipating sharing them with you.

We proudly opened on March 9th, 2009. Fast forward ten years, and we were thrilled to expand, opening our second Mezcal Grill location in Tahoe Park, Sacramento.
